When your organization invests in the RFE System™, you choose the package that meets your needs. It is individually tailored to where you are today and will be designed to help you get where you want to go.

You and a colleague (one Board, one staff) will attend a core training seminar that explains the RFE System™ and gets you started
You will receive telephone and email mentoring on a regular basis
Any time you need help with a question or a problem, your mentor will be available
The RFE Mentoring Team will come to your organization for a one day-long training opportunity for Staff, Board and/or volunteers
On-site and off-site training is available as you need it
